Contemporary Egyptian Dance Class

Classes start 21st March - Open Level
(only if booked in advanced)

Saturdays 10.30-12pm

This class will encourage the student to learn the main movements of Egyptian dance, also known as belly dance, incorporating other contemporary dance techniques to improve flow, travelling and dynamics within the movement. Egyptian dance works on isolation of body parts which strengthens core stability, improves alignment and body awareness.
